Well, I finally did some painting under the hood, but I went a completely different route then what My first instincts told me to do and I am much happier with the results.

I used a Textured Black, with flake in it, that matched the car. You really cant see it in these pics, as the sun is not hitting the motor cover, the airbox stuff or the fuse box lid. But They are highly textured and the flake is almost Identical to what is in the Brilliant Black Paint. And all it cost me was about 5 bucks and some prep time! Good ol Krylon!

    Here are the pictures!

    After

And I still love my new Shorty Antenna on the car from AntennaX.com which to me had no affect on my radio reception!

I am still probably gonna offset everything on the SRT - 2.4L Turbo Letters, but I am gonna think a while about what color I am gonna use, as I am unsure, hell I may leave it as is!

    But give me your criticism!

NICE! .... You say that's Krylon???? Is it "Fusion" plastic paint, or just plain 'ol Krylon?

    Looks GREAT!

[I think my reply got bit bucketed]

I think that looks REALLY good! My preference for the SRT 2.4L Turbo lettering would be flat black (no flake).

Looks great Gabriel!!! You know my opinion buddy.....black on black!!! Sand down and paint those resevoir caps with the same paint. Get rid of the tacky yellow. Both my engine bays are black, and it's sooooo clean and mean. But, that's just MHO. Your little rig is lookin good buddy!! What's next???

Thanks for all of the awesome comments! I am thinking about getting ahold of Billet Technology, to make me some nice chrome caps, for the CSRT4, and that will set off everything perfectly!

    Thanks again!

How about a stock pic to compare to...I mean it looks nice, but I don't notice anything different. Because I don't know what stock looks like.

looks great! The lettering wouldn't look half bad in red to match the calipers!

Nice touch Gabe, I like small changes that dont really stand out but are enough to set it apart from the rest.
