    Who installed the Halos?

Are the HID's and Halos ballast powered and if so do they have seperate ballasts?

no the LED's do not have a ballast...they run off the parking lights which i hard wired instead of using the connectors to ensure a good connection

Some LED's require load resistors for the electrical systems for these vehicles.

Time to try swapping each component of the units between the left side and right side.
Do you have a voltmeter? Trace 12V to make sure it is where it is suppossed to be by compoaring borth sides. Oh yea and don't forget the ground to mke sure it is good by also verifying the 12v to the actual ground connection. My firdt choice of the problem is the ground or you may have pulled the 12vdc supply form a connection farther upstream.
Oh yea....check every plug connection to make the pins in any of the plugs have not been "pushed back" in to the plug, this is a common problem with a lot of plug designs.
