So far I know of two Jeep owners with Diablo tunes (one CMR one canned) that have had their transfer cases stop functioning in the past two weeks. In both instances the TC stopped sending power to the front wheels, causing major wheelspin from the rears. In one of the cases reinstallation of the stock tune eliminated the problem completely--the other won't have access to his Jeep for another week to test.
What we also know is that Diablo realizes that there are communication issues with the PCM/TCM/transfer case which is why Jeep owners cannot raise shift points unlike those with LXs.
Both owners will be further investigating said issues and speaking with Diablo directly on Monday. I'll post the findings when available. Until then, does anyone else with a Diablo tune on their Jeep have the same issues?

Just in time for winter. Last year everyone was trying to disable 4-wheel drive for fun in parking lots.

I spin the left front and right rear with mine (401/400rw SAE). I'm thankful it's not just the rear(s).

Its the wheel sensor 90% of the time. It is located inside the wheel well behind the brake disc.

    I have the same issue.

Bump to bring the conversation and Mike@diablosport over here since he's no longer allowed to post on the red site due to vendor complaints.
