Well, I got the bug to go out and take some pics of the CSRT4. I just grabbed my camera and tripod and out the door I went. No idea where to go in mind, just driving, until I decided to just snap some pics. Well I found an area, but the main thing was, no good lighting. The blast lights in the back were very orangy, and I knew, I was gonna get lots of noise in my pictures, once the white balance was configured. Well I thought, what the heck, just to get the bug out of the system, lets snap some pics. Here is what i started with Then I did my white balance, and this is where the fun starts! Someone told me I can be in more than one place at one time, but come on! Back to fun with some HDR (not to good at it) I need some help with this ugly engine bay! All in all, decent pictures, got the bug out of my system, and I happy with how they came out as I knew they could have been a LOT worse. Thanks for taking the time to look at the pics! I cant wait to take some more with our Caliber buddies! Gabriel
Great pics Gabe. I like the ghost images, but damn Gabe, don't scare us into thinking there is really two of you. lmao
I know I know you nagged me to go out... but I didn't LOL Likes: Lighting is actually very well done in all of them aside from the ghost yous (hdr can be a mean foe!) Setting is good My Negativeish input Composure, I would have brought the subject closer to the background or desired background like the little storage container, or one of the doors. Keep the eye from wondering around the picture trying to soak it all in. The pic of the ghost yous, GREAT IDEA, but watch out there is a drastic light change from the right to the left. It gives the feel of a very very mean shadow. With the color of your car taking pictures during the "golden hour" would really make it SCREAM! Black and night shots kill, its like white in day shots. oh and level out that camera abit. just my input take it or leave it. You are progressing very well with the DSLR.
I understand all your comments mains, I just went out and shot some pics, and wants to see how well i would do in a poor lighting situation. On the ghost pic of me, that is just 1 20sec long exposure lol. thus the many shadows and all, no hdr on that one. I love the way the sky looks in it as you can see the outline of the mountain.
