wow! this is concerning. I am waiting on some parts to come in (for the rear dif) to this dealer to get some work on the dif and some other things done. but this bums me out. I do have to say that the service for me atleast has been top-notch, I would talk to Chris (srvc mng) over there he seems to atleast try hard to get to the bottom of issues. they treat me a hell of a lot better then the two Jag dealers I go to. sucks to hear about your experiance though.
