They are going to monkey-rape potential buyers for this car. In San Diego, Charger SRT8's had a minimum $20,000 markup the first year... and now, they're STILL marked-up $10-20,000. You can and will get MSRP on a Charger SRT8 (as I did), but the stealerships are still trying to screw us. The Challenger will be at least the same way. Good luck, unless you have connections. IMO: Its a badasz car. But I won't trade or substitute my Charger enjoyment with anything less than a modern Roadrunner (or retro-modded one)... that doesn't exist and I can't afford.
great news, buit i think the msrp price point, albeit great, will not be accepted by any dealers in the beginning....... if they do accept msrp, i will have my name on a list fo sho!!!!

It will be interesting to see which, if any, dealers will let the Challenger SRT8 go for MSRP. My guess is $15,000 over sticker here in L.A.
