Where can I get one, It doesn't come with the guage Im buying. Is there anything else I need to hook up a wide band air -fuel guage to an srt8?
Here ya go. http://www.bmcspeedshop.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=INN-3769 Is that what you need?
Do you just need the part that's inserted into the pipe? Bosch makes them I think...at least they make a universal type.
Howdee, there are more or less 4 components. 1) Actual gauge (that you look at). 2) Sometimes (usually for the fancy programmable ones) a separate box it plugs into. 3) A wideband controller -- takes the input from the sensor and outputs 0-5v, 0-1v, etc. Depends, sometimes the outputs are programmable. A gauge might want one output, a data logger might want something else, you could use the output to feed a ECM/PCM that expects a narrow band sensor output, etc. The controller also runs the sensor heater, calibrates, etc. 4) The wideband sensor itself. I think everybody used Bosch (don't know if there are others). You weld a bung into the exhaust pipe (before the cats) that the sensor screws into. Various manufacturers have some of the stuff integrated. The LC-1 pointed to has the wideband controller integrated into the cable itself.
This is the one I am getting. Check out the customization on these! It works with the LC1. Do I need anything else. Can I use an existing O2 sensor bung rather than weld on another. I though I read somewhere this was possible cause the preditor will shut some off anyway http://www.speedhut.com/custom_gauge_description-gauge_type-AirFuel-auto_number-600.htm
