for the serious grillers out there, what do you do to your steak? any good side dishes you make with it? anything in particular you drink with it?
sometimes ill baste it in teriyaki, sometimes marinade it in hot stubbs and honey and then sometimes ill use the jack daniels in there too.

Try this get a rib eye and get the grill hot as hell. Scorch the outside on both sides leaving the inside just below medium rare. Add blue cheese crumble on top of the steak. Taste like love.

One SOL/CORONA or TECATE in a tray of Carne Asada over night, but should turn every hour for the first 4-6 hours. Along with the beer marinate with slices of oranges and cebolla. Good to go baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any old marinade over night, or just tenderize with a fork, Its just fun sticking a fork in it, and season with black pepper, paprika, and a bit of roasted garilic then forking it again, repeat on flip side.
