    Well this is my usual followed up by either 3 eggs/wheat toast and/or oatmeal. Just bought a new shaker yesterday at GNC and absolutely love it best one I have ever had so far

    wow....lol

    i saw that shaker in gnc and i wondered how it worked. i use muscle milk lite and it freaking clumps like a bastard. i actually have a hand blender that i use to make the shakes and that works well, but on the go it's not so good lol
