Went the past two years. Got married the first year, was pregnant the second year and well, can't go this year cause of what happened last year. I'm usually the only girl and its not so bad. You get more time to look at cars cause most people figure you don't know anything and don't bother you with sales pitches. Outside the show, its your call, but usually the guys behave a little better when I'm around, or maybe I just give off a "mommy" vibe or something. :baby:

Ok Markus, gotta ask a couple stupid questions. I thought SEMA was a special event NOT open to the public, you had to have "connections" to get in? So anyone can go or what? Cost? When is it? I have a buddy that lives in Vegas and I've been meaning to get out there and see him again but Nov is awefully busy for me. Only thing is all you guys going is really making me want to go!
i own a business, so i registered under that. im thinking for each one of my "employees" its gonna be $15 for registration. i can make up business cards for everyone. if a female rides with us, i usually go the extra mile and try to absolutely embarrass the hell outta them. that way they know what theyre in for the rest of the time in vegas. :bigwink:

Yes, SEMA is open only to those in the Automotive related industry, not everyone. Though you can check out the vehicles they park out in front. This is some of the stuff that was outside last year
