They had my car on display for the Transformers movie Premier alongside a Yellow manual SS Camaro that I got to test drive for a bit.
good idea! My kids would have loved that. They begged me to stop by the dealership when they had a yellow SS out front
Lol, I was going to say something smart to Stevo but then I looked it up. You're up there in some really pretty country (and almost a mile high too). http://www.syracuseut.com/page.php/others-visitors/Visitors.html http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Syracuse,_Utah
It's really hard to do bracket time drag racing up here with this elevation. I actually got a 14.2 for my 1/4 mile time. I'm hoping the Predator will help me out a bit. Anyone know what's the best way to tune our SRTs? I didn't purchase the CMR tune.
Try the tunes that come with the Predator. Should work just fine for you. They might be just a wee bit lean at sea level so it should work out fine or maybe even still be on the rich side way up there. You could probably use an afr gauge.
You don't need a CMR tune since you only have light mods. What you do have is a bit thinner air. So the Predator tunes are pretty much for sea level so it might be a bit rich at WOT (PCM makes the adjustment for you at everything under WOT). Then again the Predator tunes assume you have really good quality gas and most people don't so they end up adding a bit of fuel anyway so it might work out just right. I think the Predator tunes sort of go for around 12.6 or 12.8 at WOT. I kind of think closer to 12.0 is better maybe.
