towing

    Can you put a 2" hitch on the srt8 GC? Also can you tell me how much it can tow?

    I want to pull a small expandable camper.

    Some guys are towing 16' boats, so I think you are fine with a pop up trailer.

    well...not really a pop up. Looking more at a expandable. GVWR is about 5500 or so.

    The Jeep was only tested to 3500# but others have towed more with no problems. You can put a 2" receiver on but you will have to go custom or notch your bumper with a regular Jeep hitch

    hey any pics of a notched 2" hitch that 1.5" hitch is wack!
