I'm an "equal opportunity" purchaser and I want to thank Mike @ BWoody for spending the time to explain the nitrous tricks he has performed on his strong running Jeep. This has helped me out in the direction I will be heading as I "bump" up my Zex system.

Also the MSD coils will look great once he gets those to me!

    THANKS, MIKE!!

Well, I'm goin with the Zex kit. Gotta find a place to hide the bottle, and try and get some custom switches fabbed up. I have no idea about nitrous, so I'm down to do anything that works good, as long as its not over 2 grand.

That should get you a nice system. Mike and I discussed how the Zex system is only good for about 125 shot. I dynoed it with 125 vs 150 and the HP only jumped by 9hp. I also ran this by a few nitrous companies and the information was collaborated. The solenoids are small and will only support up to a 125, but if you dont have plans to upgrade the lower end, you are within the safe zone.

I will shoot a photo of my switch and post it.

    Check it out

    Ari
Cut a piece of aluminum and drilled holes to accomodate the arming switch, purge and bottle heater. The bottles sit in a dual bottle cradle. The cradle is about $200, and the rest is just some aluminum tube and braided line.

    Steve,
Nice NOS setup especially where you hid the solenoids...
It was great meeting and chatting with you at the GSM open house.
Maybe I will make to Irwindale on the 7th.

See the way I manifolded the supply "T"? This is what I was trying to explain about running both bottles open at the same time. I'm just hesitant to "pop" something.

That's a sweet setup Steve. Looks very clean and bet will lay an ass-whoopin on a lot of unsuspecting competitors!

Setup looks great Steve! I saw the pics from the Grand Opening at GSM, and I had seen a pic of your Jeep. Didnt know it was yours though. Holy SH!T!!
Does our floor in the cargo area drop down enough to hide a bottle without messing with the exhaust??
