I know others have done this but i think these bulbs may be a bit unique.

    autolumination 60 LED switchbacks.

when the park lights on its white, if i blink while that on, it blinks white/amber, white/amber I think the vleds go amber/off, amber off even when the park lamps are on.

anyway, 3 ohm resistor across the 2 outer wires going into the blinker socket.

I am also very close to the fender surgery for the WH side markers.

so while I was soldering the harness I figured I may as well get the resistor addeed for the switchbacks. here is a few vids for a change.

    I needed a 3 ohm resistor.

You have type 1's that's why they blink like that...

    Type 1's blink amber/white
    Type 2's blink amber/off

seriously bro I can never call anywhere and complain. no matter how nice I am the voice throws them and hey get defensive and right away, they think i am yelling or something. and i am trying to be sweet as pie ......well somewhat polite anyway.

the autolumination diff is the LEDs switch from white to amber, all of them light, all 60, on the v-led its half white/half orange. :magic:

so thats why these are much brighter. I have only wired up one side; i'll try to shoot a compare vid so we can see for sure.

here is a vid.......the left is a stealth.com CHROME bulb. the right is the switchback.

the led does seem to strobe white for a split second...then go to amber but you cannot see that looking at the bulb with your eyes. i need to make sure my ground is good and clean. it may just be how it works......but just in case.

    anyway: [IMG]
