yep........ mine did the same thing.....had it fixed under warranty. they had to replace the blower fan behind the glove box. looked pretty easy, as it did not take more than 20 mins from start to finish!!! lol

If you remove your glove box (don't forget to unhook the little cord on the right side) there's this big roomy cubby hole behind it (perfect to put gauge controller boxes in) where the heater fan is sitting right out in the open.

Thanks guys, I'll stop by the dealership tomorrow and get them on it ASAP! Im making a road trip to Atlanta this coming weekend and gotta have my AC fully functional! Also, For awhile now I've had a problem with the AC on start up. On a hot day after the car has been sitting all day (at work) I start up the car and blast the AC to cool the interior off while I smoke, Shortly after starting the AC I hear a odd sound (almost like a grinding/crunching sound) its only for a brief second and then goes away. Any ideas? sounds like its either coming from the fan or AC compressor.

Or just maybe maybe a bad bearing in the fan motor (the fart fan in my bathroom sort of does that). As soon as it gets going/warm/grease/turning then it stops making so much noise (but probably what Chris said).
