In the past few months since purchasing my GCSRT8 I have developed I bit of frustration. When I go to a book store, I see 5-6 different magazines for Mustang drivers, a few for chevy performance, and a bunch of Jeep off-road mags, and one Mopar magazine that is based mostly for old style hemi's. Why is there not a SRT Magazine out there? There is a broad range of consumers for it out there. SRT4-6-8-10 drivers would eat it up. If there is such a magazine out there, please inform me of the name and where to get it. If there is not such a mag, please start printing one. Thanks, Skye

I will look into something like this...as my friend (an old University colleague) runs a small magazine publishing operation. Can't hurt to find out what it would take.
Most of us will agree. Unfortunetly there was not a market for an SRT based magazine up until 2-3 years ago once the SRT8's hit the streets. Yes the SRT4, 6, and 10's were out, but the 6 - 10's were on a limited production number so that made the magazine scene less attractive (I would guess). Now that EVERYONE knows about the SRT lines, I would assume that we will be seeing our own magazine in the near future. It is kind of like the aftermarket world, takes awhile to get em from first generation whips. lol I know that Mopar Mag, and a few others have done "SOME" articles on our SRT line, but they are still far and inbetween to satisfy us nut jobs. lol Also be on the look out for Dodge Enthusiast magazine. It is a fairly new magazine and they are diligently trying to get into the Modern Mopar world. D.E. was at the Rumble in the Desert event in Phoenix and was doing interviews and conducting photoshoots with a couple sleds for future articles. The writer/photographer asked me if I knew any 4,6, and 10 folks in Albuquerque, so I told him when he is ready to visit, let me know and I will gather the masses. haha So you see, the word of our SRT line is getting out, we just need to be patient.
I think we should start pushing some buttons with someone to get a ball rolling. Plus I bet there are alot of guys/girls on here that would love to work, and are qualified to work for SRT Magazine. I'm definately not a writer, but I would help invest in something like that. I'm not sure if thats what it takes, but I'm in if we can do something. It would be profitable.
thats funny because just last night I was at the store and stopped to look at the mags to see if there was anything about the SRTs. Ron count me in if you need anything. Oh yeah, I dropped off the beast at Melloy today for all the brake, radiator and "what-ever-else-they-find" work. Lets see how long this takes....

My thoughts as well, i feel your pain. I stop @ Barnes and Noble maybe once a week and have no other option then to look through Chevy/Ford performance mags.:blowup: I just cant wait for a late model hemi mag to come out.
Yeah and when I picked it up today he tried telling me the brakes were fine. Had to talk him into talking to his boss. He said he should be able to order them next week. Hey is this thing supposed to get up to 240 degrees when you push it hard on the freeway
