Literally! I haven't taken the time to do any BBQ all summer. About 8 hrs. of hickory & apple wood smoke, Jack Daniels & apple juice in the steam pan... top it off with my home made JD sauce, mmmmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmm! I'll be out back tendin' the fire!
Pretty cool. We roast full pigs now and again and some lambs. Usually for holidays but they're good for something different.
