My wife just knocked the side view mirror off Sarah. I'm not sure if it was out of jealousy from my time with her, or if the mailbox jumped out in front of her. anyway Tips... How hard is it to install a new one. Not just the glass, the whole thing? Also any suggestions on where to buy one? Needs to be already painted factory black.
It can't be too difficult...I've never done it on a charger, but a couple years ago I had to replace the passenger side mirror of the Mrs Astro van that shared a similar fate. If I remember correctly it was just like three screws and an electric connector for all the power crap. EDIT: as for where to get one, I got her new mirror of Ebay for >$50 shipped.
Ouch, check flea bay and cleveland pick a part...prolly not going to be painted unless you get one used from a wrecker.
