Ok so we're about to have our 2nd little gaffer (sometime this year if she ever thinks about coming out) and wifey and I have pretty much convinced ourselves that we will be stopping at 2 kids. Now the debate is what do we do about future potential pregnancies..(lol..I can already visualize some of the responses). Me? HELL NO! I don't want anyone snipping anything anywhere near my scrotum or wherever the hell they go to do their business. Wifey: She thinks because of the hell she's been through giving birth to one child and another one coming soon...feels I am obligated to do the snip-snip. I said, well, I guess neither of us are going to do anything for a while if we can't come to an agreement. I suppose I will just refrain from having sexual relations with her until we figure something out. LOL! What do you think folks?
OK, first of all - just in case your not convinced that your going to stop at 2 now, you will be in about 6 months - so no worries there. As far as the snip-snip goes. HELL NO. Nobody snipping anything around here. I've been getting the same crap, although not from your wife, about the 'ole snip-snip. So, I'm with Milan on this one - someone help?!?!?! ...........and I still don't understand, if you get the snippy snip, where do the little Sailors go? Do they just get backed up or what?
After the second kid (hopefully) I'm planning on getting my tubes tied. With my diabetes, and the fact that I'm already over 30, there's no point in me being fertile after #2. As for whether you should get snipped, that's between you and the missus. I would add that nowadays these surgeries can be reversed easily enough and aren't nearly as invasive as they used to be.
After our 2nd child the wife wanted me to get clipped instead of her getting her tubes tied because "It is easier for the man" and I responded by saying "So is spanking BO-BO"...........................my plumbing still works!
there's much less of a chance of failure in the procedure for men than there is for women. if you really don't want any more children then from a medical standpoint your wife is right, you should have the procedure. it's less invasive for men (although it is an out-patient surgery for both men and women, but men have less recovery time) and a much less chance of failure. you still do ejaculate, you just shoot blanks. it has no effect on libido or performance, so don't try to use that excuse lol. the procedure can be reversed, and again this is much easier done for men than women. overall it's just a better option for men to do it than women. btw - i teach human sexuality so i know about this stuff lol
I'm certain we want to stop at two....it's just messing around with the plumbing that is actually a startling thought. IDK. How will the swimmers get exercise?
Dude this is a no brainer. Do it. Then you don't have to wear a condom with the girlfriends! Hell yeah....lol
LMAO!!!!! Had my snip snip at age 44. My ex wifes idea (the B*tch),,then catch her cheatin...where was I going? Oh yeah, I actually rode my Harley for 200 miles the next day....It's not that big of a deal. PSI-Chick/Amy hit it right on the head....+2...Oh, and she's pretty darn fast also!!!!!!!!
disclaimer: I am not married and have no kids that i know of... HELL NO...just yank it outa there before liftoff hahahahaha
This is all 100% accurate and correct. Nothing changes on the man's side where you'll ever know it was done. Milan, it's a person decision between you and your wife. You must decide what is right for you. I know that sounds like a cop out but it's not, I know, I've been there. I don't want to say too much openly so I'm gonna pm you ...
its cheaper and easier to yank it outa there...plus it does not involve putting sharp objects near the lower man region thats what i think....
Yea right!! Hahahahhahhahhahahhahhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!! You're doomed my friend, doomed! Lol!
Milan, Had it done a few years ago but learned a lot before doing so. I went with "non-scalpel" method and there are (according to the doc) only a few such specialists in Canada. Dr. Ronald Weiss (ironically pronounced "vice") had me in and out in ten minutes. All I had to do was pop a valium (supplied by him at the pre-op meeting) and go in, have the thing done while chatting about business looking at the ceiling pictograph then a little surgical glue and I was downhill skiing two days later. No "frozen bag of peas" required nuthin! You really shoudl try to find it locally, if not, it'd almost be worth the drive to Ottawa! http://www.vasectomy.ca/NSV_E_about_pat.htm
