What's the best way to cleanly remove the door moldings on my 07 srt8 charger? I was thinking some fishing line to pry them off and some goo gone to get rid of the mess.

    Thoughts?

You already have it figured out...use the fishing line to get started then just pull the molding off.....goo gone, WD-40, etc will remove what is left....

Use a heat gun or hair drier to heat up the tape that holds the molding on... You have the rest figured out. :)

Oh yea, a good coat of wax after.

    And welcome to the "C".

Just keep in mind when you're rubbing on adhesive residue and cleaning up that there will be a lot of grit that has worked it's way into the crevice between the molding and the door along the edges. Don't want to grind that into the paint...
