If your still running a stock manifold or an old "competitiors".......quite a difference. The stock manifold is VERY restrictive and a ported manifold is a must for an engine with head and cam....much more of course for a deep breathing 426 or running a Supercharger such as the Vortech or Paxton. I have seen 15-20hp across the hp/tq curve on an N/A application where the engine was a stock 6.1 engine. I cant predict what it would be with the 90mm throttle body but conservatively..... maybe overall a gain of 25hp/25tq through out the entire curve. I have a slighly used Arrinton 90mm for sale. .
Thanks bro! I am looking forward to meeting you and getting this intake installed. A tune at SVS will be awesome if we can swing it. Thanks again Steve.
I'm DAMN near ready to head west Steve...looking forward to getting this thing installed. Those SVS guys sure seem to have their stuff together. BTW, be sure to have enough issues and problems so that I can see some of your Jeep in action on Thursday! I would hate for you to be done before I get there...lol.
Looking forward to meeting you there. I doubt it will take him that long. I data logged it today and the adaptives have already calmed it down alot. The timing is spot on. Without any sensitivity removed from the Knock Sensors it only pulls 1/2 degree no matter how many times I hammer it and on 91 octane to boot! Dialing in the three selected nitrous shots is going to be interesting! .
