Both stock and ported, side by side: Stock TB: Ported TB, note the knife edge on the blade: Stock TB, note how thick the blade is: Ported TB, note the pivot rod and screws have been ground down: The first start up after installing was "different" my Jeep idled like it had a serious cam in it. Idle wouldn't drop below 1500rpm and there was zero throttle response. After key cycling a few more times it seems to be close to or at normal. I'll go take it for a test run in a minute to check A/Fs (which were 12.1-12.3 across the board prior). Tomorrow while at the dealer getting the brown sediment in my coolant overflow tank resolved I'll be sure to have them recal the accelerator. Update: Had my TB recal'd at the dealer today since I had to get the brake recall and coolant system flushed due to sediment in the overflow tank. Anyway, I put the stock tune back in before taking it in and logged ~12.8-13.0 at WOT. Immediately after getting it back I reloaded my B&G and saw 12.0-12.3 most of the way up, then hitting 11.8-11.9 up top. Keep in mind this is the original unmodified file that I pulled 4% fuel from (top end/midrange) yesterday to get back to 12.1-12.5. I may just drive it around as is for a few hundred miles to see what happens. I should be able to hit the dyno by next Tuesday/Wednesday at which time I'll also finally test cats vs. no cats.
