Me & the Mrs. finally got to take a short vacation. (first time in four years!) We spent a few days roamimg around the Outer Banks. We loved it, you could walk for hours on the beach, and MAYBE see one or two other people! We woke up to this every morning... Sat on the balcony every evening & watched this... The Cape Hatteras Lighthouse was about 1/2 mile from our balcony... (yes I edited in the light flash)
What awesome sights to see daily...if your vacation was only half as good as those pics look, count me as jealous.
the Outer Banks is a blast .. I try to go once a year, the people are so friendly, the drive over the 26 mile bridge is cool and the lighthouse in Hatera's is sweet! I think its the best kept secret on the East Coast .. plus you have the brew thru's for some quick drive-thru beers did you take the ferry over to ocracoke island?
