I just dropped the car off for some new paint. I am painting the door handels the roof, trunklid, spoiler, and the big V on the hood all flat black. All for 300$ I love knowing people in the car biz. I remember some one telling me there is a new clear coat that will still keep my color flat and not all glossy is this true? could some one point me in the direction of where I can find it. My paint guy had no idea about the flat clear. I pick it up tuesday night if it looks good I will post pics if not I will be painting my car the same color the M5 and 6's have that aqua steel blue. Good I love that color.
I will if the car turns out how I want it to. Now the question will it look better on PC charger rims or PC 300c rims
john - i know in the powder coating world they have satin clears, and low gloss clears. i would be surprised if you could not find the same in regular automotive paints!
