Good luck with the move Andrew, a good friend of mine loves Scottsdale and is moving there after retirement here in PA. He says it is really nice, hot, but very nice.
Welcome Welcome to AZ OurZoo!!! The weather is hot. The women are hot. The cars are hot. The homes and land are cheap (compared to CA). The people are friendly. The real dragstrips (1/4 mile NHRA) are open EVERY weekend. The gas is cheaper. There are numerous lakes (2 within 30 minutes of my house). Anyone (who isn't a felon) can carry guns. 500,000 acres of open land for dirt bikes 2 miles from my house. Tons of golf courses. It doesn't suck!
Yeah OZ, My Wife is on the phone now with her GF who is visiting AZ right now, She says the house's are bigger and the prices are really good. I could do AZ , and i sure could get used to not paying these crazy heating bills. Enjoy and post some pics when u get a chance.
