New harnesses installed. It was started with the new SF09 PCM and it won't idle, stalls as soon as you try to put it in gear. Put the old PCM in, starts right up and idles better than ever, but no communication to the TB. Hit the gas and nothing happens. No tuners in Phoenix.

Any ideas? Throttle Body? Been thinking about the Arrington cast 90MM.

Next up is pulling the oil pump to check for debris because many of the K1 cranks not being machined properly.

But we where able to drive it on the trailer with the new PCM. Stalled several times though, had to keep the RPM's up against the converter.

    Maybe the TB is toast?

If The T/B was toast I think it would throw a lightning bolt code on the dash.T/B limpmode.

I'm thinking the TCM??? I know, it doesn't make sense, but the TCM is tied into the PCM and we are talking computers... lol

Are you getting an accelerator code???? I would think if the TB has issues, it would throw the postitioning sensor codes?

I bet it's the diablo tune and matching, not matching vins or something Hal.

The ole pcm, will start it, but we know it's damaged, fried drivers or what nots. The new one didn't want to run it remember, it was a battle. I'm very certain you'll need a new hand held and get your base file and tune file redone with the right vin and base file. Let me know if you need help doing this, I can ask Bob to take care of it for you if you can email him the info off your old hand held.

I don't know about the codes? It's still at AE Carbon. Joe is working on it. I have my stock TCM in the garage.

Congratulations Hal! At least the hardware is done, sounds like a little software work and you'll be ready to roll.

Hey dipshit, your brain as big as little scotty???. Remember Dan brought a new PCM, then funky and Jon flashed his vin into it. But we were unable to load the tune to it because H's Diablo was foobarred. I'm sure that once Hal gets a new hand held and we get Bob to sort out some minor id issues, all will be good. The best thing for H to do would be to get his base file and let Bob write a whole new tune IMO.
