Installed my MOPAR TCM today after getting my tune re-installed. Long story; stupid me deleted my custom CMR tune about two months ago trying to put the stock tune back in for a dealership visit and had to get it re-copied to my Predator. My home system applications would not allow the download that my tuner (Injected) sent me via email so I had to physically go to the shop today which is about an hour away to have it re-loaded. Injected Engineering's Aric and Ryan are great; told me to come in and hit my Predator quick and downloaded the tune to a USB stick for extra storage.
BTW ran into a red JGC SRT8 today on the way to the shop on I285 and I75 in Atlanta; MEAN sounding SOB!!!
Now on to the TCM install update:

Re-installed the tune in Injected Engineering's parking lot and rode home. Damn! I forgot how smooth Aric tuned this car with the power is so progressive over the rev range that my car hits triple digits in a snap. The mid range power is what I've been sorely missing over the past two months so it was nice to get my car back up to snuff. Waited til this evening to install the MOPAR TCM and it took literally 10 minutes to do. I had to run and get some heavy duty double sided Scotch tape to stick the MTCM right next to the stocker but it allows the install to be neat and the MTCM to be nice and snug. Used the Predator to raise the shift points and the axle ratio in Quick Adjust ONLY, buttoned everything up and proceeded with the re-programming procedures outlined by MOPAR. While finishing my last coast down, what do you know, a Black G8 GT comes up behind me. I truly do like these cars and had no intention of messing around but you always want to try your new toys out ASAP. Since I finished the re-programming piece, I figured I would let it rip. The G8 GT gets on the highway so I follow and since I was going to WOT the car anyway, what better way to do it than in a little tussle. I put it in Autostick and sure enough getting on the interstate from the on-ramp he nails it! I was about four cars back and hit it but the damn car scared me because it felt like the rearend was going to step out on the VERY slight right hand entrance to the interstate. Well I also forgot that the MTCM does not automatically shift when in Manual mode and but when I caught third gear, SH%$#$%#TTTTT!!! I got back the three to four and just put about four to five on him before I got out of it. At the light he just kept saying "Wait til my warranty is up!" He then asked if I had something done to the car and I told him "just a little bit" and that I was in the process of re-programming something in the car. His response was that he thought so and proceeded on to his destination. I am impressed with the MTCM and if the shifting gets any better then I will be wearing a sh&^%$t eating grin daily! In Autostick, it literally lurches forward in the next gear and in even in full auto mode, the car still seems to shift better than with my CMR tune alone. Now I want to get back to the track for testing but will wait for some time until that happens. So in summation:
MTCM = to me how the car should have shifted from the factory plus some.
