Dan, I posted in the OC (which I'll no longer visit since this opened) about the Phoenix area. Wife and I are thinking of taking an overnight trip from San Diego to see the city/surrounding areas of Phoenix. Its a part tourist, part "could we move there" trip. We've heard alot about Gilbert, Queen Creek... as newer developed areas (planned communities), etc. Where do you suggest we go/see?
Dan is the best realtor I've ever dealt with. He sold my house in Chandler last year. We really liked Gilbert, and our son still lives there. We moved to Chandler to a bigger home. My two favorite zip codes are 85233 in Gilbert, and 85249 in Chandler. Go on realtor.com put in those zip codes so you can get a feel for what you can get here in your price range. Dan works out of Scottsdale, but covers the whole valley. I PM'd him about our new site last night. Jason, you can either PM Dan or me your phone number.
