Doesn't matter.
Remove both bulbs
Turn light switch on.
Stick finger on left hand in left socket.
Stick finger on right hand in right socket.

Compare electrical burns on both fingers.
If the burn on the left finger is more severe than the burn on the right finger then you have a good idea what the problem is. Low current on right side. :sorry:

 

when the HID's are in...theres NONE....that buzz noise you hear when its on is not there at all but it is when you plug it into the other side
