but not in a good way lol...

so dispite me and marcel's best efforts here....i am STILL unable to get the drivers side projector headlamp to work...

this is my second set of projectors that i tried and now know for sure that they are not the problem....

the real kicker is...the headlight works just fine with the normal bulb in it...

so why wont the HID's work?

    anyone....any help....at all?

    Thought,

Did you check the OEM plug (for the bulb)? There are 3 prongs, is one of them bent or getting good connection to the HID plug?

    Have you volt metered it?

Maureen is off Saturday, so if you call me around 10am EDT we can walk through a few things.

that was one of the things i checked when i called marcel...but it works just fine when the normal bulb is in which is why im so confused...

dont have a volt meter to check it...is there a minimum output that it has to have?

Yea I know, but when I got my FIRST Projectors (Not Marcels) the center prong would not fit into the Projector slot. It actually broke and I had to hard wire. lol

Volt Meter should be on 12 Volts AC... Not sure what voltage the HID's should be running, but you can always test on the working side.

By the way, which side is the inop side?

    Go to side that's working.
Remove bulb and insert tongue (or whatever)
    Turn on lights
    put everything back
go to side that's not working
    repeat.

Does the "tingle" feel stronger on the side that's working?
