I am not sure but I sell the Ksport for 942.50 shipped to your door but I am out of stock until the 23 but I have not had anyone complain about them at all!

I also sell the spring kits for under 200 for a V6

The Ksports have adjust ability in the damper stroke and where the stroke is along with 36 different dampening and rebound settings. There on hand priced right and have a 18 month warranty, electroplated and hard anodized..

As for having a stock ride feeling after lowering, I *believe* SRT8 stock spring rates are 228 lb/in front and 594 lb/in rear. I really don't know how to compare with progressive rates, maybe an expert can elaborate a little. I would think that if the min spring rate on a progressive spring was in this ballpark that it oughta feel a lot like stock.

I thought they were out now for LX's. Pedders website says on backorder though. These and the KSports must be a hot item right now.

Pedders setup is just like yours (i.e. rears use both stock shock and spring mounts)... but more expensive. 942-ish is an awesome price. Personally I don't plan on being in the market til after the holidays but was wondering... I'm one of the few who wants to maintain my ride-leveling Nivomats in the rear.

Will KSport have a Nivomat compatible lowering spring anytime for the LX platform (Chrysler/Dodge)?

Lol. Nivomat. It's a self leveling shock absorber that comes stock on the rear of the SRT8's and, I believe, on some of the other LX platform models. I never heard of it either before several weeks ago.

Would you mind running the question by your KSport supplier?

    Monroe Nivomat Self Leveling Dampner

This is a self-contained and self energized unit, which automatically and silently optimizes front-to-rear suspension balance.

Each Nivomat unit is a self-contained leveling system complete with internal pump, reservoir, sensor, regulating mechanism and damper.

Nivomats have been used for almost 30 years on vehicles from European, American and Asian car manufacturers such as Volvo, Ford, Opel, Saab, GM, Jaguar, Lancia, Alfa Romeo, Rover, Mercedes, DaimlerChrysler, Mitsubishi, Kia and others.

Note: These can only be used as a direct replacement on vehicles that already have a Nivomat suspension from the factory. They are not for adapting to non-Nivomat factory suspensions

I stole this from another forum

I looked it up and that would be a NO because the system is self contained and works off of pressure to raise the car up under a load that would get changed over to a 36 way rebound/damper adjustment :)

Not possible. You would need a different Nivomat. A shorter one or one that centers at a different spot or you could lower the lower mount. 3 years ago I googled and found this really neat drawing showing how they work. It's entirely mechanical. It uses the pumping action of the shock to maintain it's height. It would pump itself up to it's level without any spring on there at all.

What's going on with Pedders then? They're claiming a 25mm drop (1") in the rear, with a spring-only changeout, and using the stock Nivomats.

I hate to think this is a "user results may vary" kinda thing. I'd feel like Pedders was bs'ing us if it was and people started installing these springs with no drop in ride height. Did you see the chart I posted?

No idea. They doing it without any modification to the lower shock mount?

If the ancient Romans had to design a self leveling damper, that's probably what they'd do :D

I'm 99% certain there's no mod needed on the mounts. Pedders has some good reading; kinda unorganized but good, and there's no mention about rework needed before using the 2941 rear springs. Some of it's quite specific and detailed to the LX. You should check it out.

I hate to be a guinnea pig but if I don't see any bad reviews in a couple months I'm gonna see about trying these. They have a 4 spring lowering kit for $370 plus you get a bumpsteer correction kit. Not bad!! I'd just like to know... exactly how much of the advertised drop a user would actually see.

Haha, well, when you stop it drops down to the level of the springs... So every time you get out to measure it you have a 1" drop.
