What a freakin awesome movie. Toa or whatever's acting wasn't that great but it was easy to overlook. I really enjoyed the movie.
I plan to see it this weekend...I owned a 1972 Gran Torino Sport exactly like the one in the movie...same color..even had the silly stripe....bought it new in 72 for $3800....it had a 351 CJ and was a POS by today's standard but I would like to have one restored just for memories...:mains:
I watched this the night it was released. Simply one of the best movies Ive seen in a VERY VERY long time. The ending will either take you by total surprise, of if your super in tune with the movie will make total sense. And no this doesnt ruin anything My girlfriend is Asian and even she was laughing at how racist Clint is in this movie. He is so bad you cant help but laugh. Ive never heard a person use more racial slurs in one sentence in my life....and I know a few people that are self admitted racists
My wife and i just watched it last night. What a great movie! Don't know how they got away with all the racial remarks, but it was all in good fun especially once you understand what he went through in his younger years in the military. The ending caught me off guard too...
good flic Eastwood great as usual. Toad could use some lessons My Uncle has a 72 green cougar that i've been jonesing for since i was a kid.
alright you zipper head punks; if you havent gone and seen the movie then quit being such gook ass pussies, and get your panzy asses off the couch. <clint eastwood -off>
