gm and ford were already having these talks years ago. i remember because i was thinking what cool shit could happen with a gm engine (the ls1 i was running) plus a tranny (ford) badass enough to put that power to the wheels.

 

ls7 in a jeep would be sick

 

This hype went on before Cerberus bought Chrysler too. I can only hope it doesn't happen. The full size Tahoe & Durango hybrids were designed in a joint venture though. & for the VW fans, the new Routan is a Caravan.
