If you want it down I would say ask them. But its kinda cool your cars on Ebay. that means they liked it enough to use it. kinda like flattery
yeah i know what you mean but im kindof shocked/suprised well i guess you can say flattered by seeing it up there. and especally being that old of a pic. my car doesnt even look close to that anymore. EDIT: i leave it since i dont look like that anymore. im still suprised to see it up there.
Did you send post pics on their website or anything like that? Where the fine print says anything posted or sent to them becomes their property? or something like that? If not then, depending on whether you want to help them or not, you could ask them: 1) that you want compensation 2) you want them to cease and desist and take it down immediately 3) both 1) and 2) Your posting them in a public forum sort of makes them public (bit of a grey area there?) but I don't believe they can't use them for their commercial purposes without your consent.
i never sent them or anyone pic thats why i was suprised. those pics that were posted, were from my photobucket and were posted on this site.
He's obviusly not a buddy, or he would have asked...but is it the guy you got the stripes from originally. If it is, then I guess it's up too you. If it is not, I'd tell them to pull the pics and stop using them. They are your pics...just because you post them on a public forum doesn't mean anyone can use them to try to make a profit, unless of course you gave them to them to use...which you said you didn't.

no i contacted them last nite. he said the recently recieved those pics from a client claming that it was pics of there car to use on there site. but those pics are 1.5 years old and ive had my new graphics for almost a year now and ive never bought anything from him, i went back and checked.
