Help us design a shirt for the Spring Fling 2008! We still have to design our custom shirts. Rest assurred, you'll know us when you see us when the end product is revealed. When is the Spring Fling again? I like the bar stool idea from Hal though....I can see it...you guys sitting on barstools twisted so that you face the camera...since Chris probably can't be there as your remote queerster, so a nice photo implant with someone around his size and shape would be golden. The bar should have your vast array of beverages with different signage in the background as well as EQ paraphernalia. This would be great if it denoted something unmistakenly EQ. Ryan could have some stuffed Tacos on a plate. Rick, combat boots, Jason...ear protection (hehe) Chris...um..chris...chris...hmmm. Well, you get the gist of it. Wait, is Drew a member too? Perhaps a big Flava Flav clock around his neck implying time and fathers lol...just kidding Buddy. For the front emblem or back whatever...a nice EQ logo with an cool object as a backing and catchphrase...(hint hint: run a poll of what you guys come up with to determine the winner)...something like..."Bringin' It....EQ-STYLE"! or perhaps, "YAH!? Well, what's your EQ dumbass"? lol...j/k. By the way, what a cool fricken idea guys. I love it. The reason I propose PG-13 or cleaner, is because we'll be wearing them in public, and I'm sure there will be families around. I don't want to go pulling off a Disneyworld gay pride spectacle with kids/wives around. Remember: All of us are public servants in real life too. Firefighter, Navy SEAL & Local and Federal Law Enforcement... plus a prosthetic limb maker (via honorary induction). So, despite our craziness at times, I believe we still have a public image to uphold - its an honor/duty thing. Milan you have ideas! The one thing is, is that the shirts will have to be fairly simple (cost reasons). Ryan came up with the idea of mechanic shirts, Rick with bowling shirts... I'm thinking some patches with SRT and Mopar, embroidery would be our screen names on the chest and EQ or something on the backs. Plus something else... Maybe a BRASS-colored strip/line somewhere to hint at Drew's favorite bar... the Brass Rail... Plus, the color of the shirt itself???
color - well not exactly my strong point, but i am thinking periwinkle blue..... sounds nice and fruity without being to overtly ghey..... style - bowling shirt or some kind of tommy bahama looking button down. again, shows we care about what we wear, stylish and would not totally throw the dude from "what not to wear" into a hissy fit. logo - EQ - the "other" side of mopar....... (people would be trying to figure this out for friggin days!!!!) as i get more ideas, i will post........ i am still trying my damndest to make my appearance at the festival this year!!!!
