Dyno Sheet Mondello Heads

Dyno sheet of a stock block 6.1 Jeep SRT engine vehicle with addition of Mondello heads! This is a all wheel drive dyno result. The results on a 2 wheel LX type vehicle would be slightly higher.

No......By stock I mean the engine block and cam. The vehicle had a cai, catback and Diablo tune installed in both tests.

 

still outstanding to see that much of a power gain! Especially without headers. It is almost unheard of (key word almost because I have seen similar gains on other platforms) You so rarely find this kind of bang for the buck.

 

Steve, was there any modification to the tune after the installation of the heads??

Yes, it did require adjustment......the heads leaned out the engine quite a bit.

 

can you post up the Flows on these heads?

I will ask for this data. I do know that they flow approximately 350cfm. Most of the work is in the exhaust port.

 

god they come alive at 4 grand...mix this with a vortech and ill never get traction...Steve we need to talk more

About 3800 I can really feel the heads come alive, then matching it up with some NO2...look out at same rpm!

 

So John/Sarge, how much of a pain to tune these with our setup?
