i would do it for less. hes a moron compared to the people i work with on a daily basis. i will give him something though, he has a more creative mind than many of the robots working in the bay area.
just because youve been doing something for a long time doesnt make you good. just ask my boss, 25 years with Sun microsystems and he eats up all the bullshit i tell him. i "work" 40 hours a week and only really "work" around 6-10 hours of that. im good, he is not. that is why he still works at 60 something and im on track to retire by 45.
