    Big thank you to Jennifer @ DCR!

    Last Friday I called DCR to find out if the Big Oil Filter Kit for the Neon SRT-4 was in stock. I spoke with Jennifer at DCR and she took my order via phone. Not aware of the GB, she was kind enough to let me know there was one and the price for the item was at a lower price on the forums.

    She told me it would ship out Monday and I said that was fine. My wife is home sick and she sent me a text saying the DCR Big Oil Filter Kit arrived today. I was shock! Didn't expect it to be here so quickly.

    Jennifer's customer service skills are amazing and she backs up what she says. Shipping/Order turn around was FAST! I am another pleased customer, it was a pleasure doing business and I will soon do business again as... like always... there are a lot more parts DCR offers that I would like to buy.

    We absolutely LOVE to hear positives about our guru's that build and sell us stuff. hehe

    And yes, Jennifer is absolutely the best. lol So is the rest of the DCR Team.

    I've been waiting for my oil kit, battery kit, and overflow tank for almost 7 weeks.

    We had some in shop issues to take care of and we did get backed up on orders. We are very sorry this happend but we have got everyones orders caught up. So we are back on track.
