OK, so I thought Dan Realtor was out of the real estate business and I didn't use his services for a purchase recently. Turns out he has a team including his mother in the office and would still like the opportunity to help anyone looking for a home here in Phoenix. Dan is a very good guy, and I am sincerely sorry I didn't use his services. Sorry Dan. On another note, Dan has been kickin but and takin names at GSM. He got all my stuff at GSM resolved in no time. He has been getting a lot of back logged stuff taken care of. I purchased some Mopar heads from GSM (which didn't arrive when expected), and it turns out they are drift car heads. Dan personally delivered them to me here in Phoenix. They are a great set of heads. Even have the drift car mechanic's name on them. I think Dan being a part of GSM is going to do nothing but make GSM shine. C.
For what it's worth, Dan's # 1 with us crazy Canucks when we finally get a chance to start scouting out properties in AZ in real time. (though we have been warned against driving around with him unless we feel like making our eyeballs bleed).

Ouch...Not using your bud in a realty transaction-Many lashes with the wet noodle. As a side note, if I had a nickel for every time someone I know asks me if I am "still in the biz". Id be,er,um...have a lot of nickles. Support your local real estate bud...It gives us more money for mods...
