Sorry for the delays, Its been difficult with schedules latelty as I had to go out of town at the last minutelast week and just got back yesterday. Josh is leaving for a week for xmas holiday. This needs to be done as I am going out to the "Rumble in the Desert" on the 18th. I expect this done and completed by Jan 15th. We just finally got the last set of heads last week, so there all being sent out to be flowed and then will do the installs/Dynos. Stay tuned.:thumb2:

Josh is on holiday, This shootout is scheduled for Jan 12th thru Jan15th. At which point all of the results will be released by Josh. Its gonna be real interesting.
All the heads were flowed last week.

Hello everyone, we took a vacation over here so not alot was done over the holidays. So here is where we are at now. All of the heads have arrived, they where inspected tagged and sent over to the flow shop. Jake from Fastest Street Car came over took some pictures pre install and will be back when we get the heads back from the shop for install pics.

The interesting stuff so far: We asked the suppliers to send us the cylinder heads that they recommend for this application, our application is a 5.7 based 6.4L or 392. This is what they are and will be selling for the strokers out there. Lets clear some air up as well. The heads from HHP and those from PR&D (the hemi shop) do not have any "magical" work done to them. Some are ported a little more than others and this may or may not hurt the performance.The flow numbers will tell us the truth verified by the dyno tests.
As for the numbers that are being supplied by the flow shop these will be aired here when all the tests have been performed and completed. This will be around 1/19/08. Depends if I'm going to the Brawl in the desert. Remember that our schedule has to work around the schedule of the photographer that's doing the article. He's a cool guy and I'm sure all of this will get done and completed next week.

 

This is not true. I know for a fact, because Bruce told me that he sprinkled some fairy dust on the HHP set before they went out. lol.
