So I don't need anything for Christmas..... What I want is mods for the car.... The wife thinks she needs to have an epiphany for my gift.... She doesn't want to get me just what I put on a list.... Any ideas, thoughts, etc???
Never argue with a woman. Let her do her thing... Or have her buy a gift certificate from one of our many vendors???
I think the wife and I are kinda skipping Christmas, however we are very thankful to just be able to keep our cars and have each other!
heres what i think...i think our performance vendors should set up a registry...like wedding registry...only for cool stuff LOL>
If she doesn't get you want to want, just return it all, and get what you want. Plus if you keep doing it, she'll eventually learn to get you what you want. EDIT Either that, or she'll leave you...so I guess if you really love her, you probably should rethink that strategy.
My husband Figs always gives me a list of a bunch of different mods that he wants and I choose from the list.
Perhaps she can get you a well thought out gift that comes from the heart that would be special.... It's the letter to Santa that will bring you what you want!!! Write a letter to Santa, ask her to mail it for you!!!! :grin:
Good luck, Paul. I'm just happy when Marc gets me something car related like a pictorial history of Dodge or an import dvd copy of the original Vanishing Point WITH the deleted scenes. But yeah, car parts/mods? Nah, not so much.
