For those of you who may not know, i am currently the exclusive manufacturer of the Carbon Fiber AirHammer. I stepped into this role after scott peterson (rev hammer) was screwed over by a person who was trusted to run the business side of his company. This very same slimeball damn near put scott under with his shady business practices and then, after he is fired, goes off and blantantly copies the very product he was entrusted to manage for Hammer Automotive....... For those of you who travel to LXF, you may remember the first copy of the stainless hammers.....now the copycat company has come out with a carbon version...... now, i am not saying that competition makes him a slimeball, but the fact he is peddling the EXACT product is the issue. Anyway, just needed to vent......i can't over on the other forum, although i tried and was quickly warned by one of our own here to be careful!! no kidding...... what i find humorous is that he is no where to be found right now???? wonder what it must be like to post something and then have 5 pages of people rip our product and give kudos to the guy making your competitors!!! lol
Eh, I reserved judgement during the whole fallout with the Rev. since I don't like getting into that stupid crap and I only knew one of the two semi-personally. But this? Yeah, toolbag.
Sucks Chris...but unfortunately in this business it happens all the time, anytime someone comes out with a great idea someone copies it...it isn't right that is for sure...but I have seen it first hand.
oh i totally agree with you kris and don't have a problem with people like aecarbon coming out with a cf cai...... they have a very unique design that is only similar in that it is made out of the same material. it is the fact that the product being copied is being done so by going back to the same manufactures that hammer once used and can't because this slimball and his shady business methods put hammer into hock, and asking the same vendor to use the existing hammer jigs and molds to make his product and then passes it off as his "design"....... this is where the line of competition and fraud gets crossed in my book.....

dont post here often, dont know any of you, never even heard of either company before tonight. but its pretty obvious whats going on there. this just reminded me so much of all the ptp b.s on the srt-4 side of things. sorry to hear that happened to you guys, it really sucks that people are like this. on a side note, that airhammer intake looks fawking awesome. wish we had something like that for the csrt.
Yeah, I still get "holy sh*t!!" reactions when I pop the hood and they see my dusty stainless steel AirHammer. :grin:
no worries, lance will get his in the end....... his product is far inferior and i have persoal knowledge that it will fail/crack after long term exposure to the heat of the engine compartment.....more than one has already of that design and made by that manufacturer!!! ae has a unique design and i can tell is done with a level of skill that should make for a quality product. if you guys ever get a chance to see one of these, or an original gen I cf hammer, you will understand why i knew it could be much better!!! oh yeah, maybe someday i will teach you guys how i do things and how the insides are sooooo smooooooth!!! hahahahaha for the money, no one tries to patent a cai....... just not worth it..... amen brother!!!! thanks!!!
sorry to hear this Chris .. I saw this post yesterday and with my 2 warnings from the last 2 months I didnt want to express my feelings .. it is wrong, but what are you going to do?!?!?! Continue doing your thing, maintain your quality .. if this guy is as bad as the sounds, he shouldnt be around long! btw .. if I say something nice about your CF Hammer on LXF can I get a discount? LOL!
