no im gonna fight to have them fix it and not total it.

if that dont work im gonna buy it back and sue her for the time loss because i work 2 jobs, the car repairs, and what i have left on owing the car so i can buy a new one, and the cost of a rental car.

Is this your ins. co. or the person that hit you?

Don't accept the first offer, the ins. co. (even yours) is NOT working for you.

If you were hit in the rear, as I think you were, the other co. should be very friendly, especially if you are not hurt. You should have dealt through them.

Maybe a letter from a lawyer would get their attention, the adjusters only want to handle things quickly, end storage charges on your car, and save their co. money.

Don't sign anything and make sure you know where your car is located.

good luck...don't let the bastards win!
