08 Jeep SRT 8. I think I followed all the instructions, Downloaded the latest CROM and loaded it to the Predator. I open the downloader and it says calibration update needed. I click the link to update the calibration and I get a error message- It says "The server reported a error, please contact diablosport or try again later"

WTF am I doing wrong? I thought I was smart until I started messing with this thing.

Alright, I plugged it in to the Jeep anyway and it allowed me to download the stock backup tune and load a performance tune. Now if I could figure out what to set the fan temps at to work with the 180 degree stat.....

Try these. Then let idle and see where the low speed fans kick on and kick off. These work on my car but it seems that there is only maybe 5* between fan off and fan on. Remember that when the fans kick on they will run until some number of degrees below that point. I suppose that amount could be a few degrees different from car to car.
