Shame on you. I put on the sweats for no restriction (convenient since I haven't got dressed yet). I was going to just start out with a finger tip pushup but I have a blood blister on my right finger. Then right when my belly button was about to lift off the floor I got a catch in my right side (kids, you should always stretch before exercise). I could have powered right through that but I didn't want to risk any sort of injury that might effect my golf game. Last time I had a muscle knot up the wife wasn't strong enough to work it out with her knuckle and it took forever to un-spasm...
