Beauty Scar on Rim

    I knew it had to happen sooner or later - I hit a tight curb coming out of my condo development (wasn't paying enough attention) this morning with my left front. I was barely moving, but it was enough to put a nice scrape about 3/4" long on the lip edge of the rim, and roughed the tire slightly.:mad2:

    Nothing I can do, but I just had to vent. Oh well, I guess she's really "broken in" now.

    Yep, you're right. I have poor depth perception, and I do this more than you think in my dually, but things are a tighter squeeze in that. I knew with the tight curb patterns we have at the exit in my developement, that it would probably happen sooner or later; I was hoping for later.

    As you said, it probably won't be the last time

    I feel a little better now. I guess since we all have them, it's not so bad. Besides, only garage queens are spotless. Driven vehicles are going to have a few battle scars here and there, no matter how well you take care of them.
