Jason called a few minutes ago saying tonight's 'Top Gear' features those two cars...can't wait until 'Dora' is over with (you'll know soon enough Tamara) so I can watch it!
That is sick!!! Top gear is a great show....I read in the Post they are trying to do an american version and asked Jay Leno to be the host...he turned it down by saying it would ruin the current show...good stuff!!

Gabrielle is into Dora, Ni Hao Kai-lan, and Backyardigans! We DVR all the new episodes and watch one in the morning duing breakfast and the other two right before bedtime....actually we read RIGHT before bedtime! I love it when she comes up to me with a book and jumps in my lap!
They also had the Audi (Mays choice) but you don't see that in the clip. I LOVE that show tho, it's become my favorite tv show! I love the car testing but love it even more when they do all the silly stuff (like driving all those really OLD cars a week or so ago). Don't know bout an American version, half the shows fun (at least for me) is decoding all the "british" jokes!

Well, anytime its something from the British Isles that he doesn't understand or isn't sure how to pronounce, like a coworker's name, Cieran, he asks me. Its ok though, I make him order the food when we go out for Chinese. :grin:
But yeah, I've become an avid Top Gear fan... like the episode where they drove across Africa in three non-awd vehicles or tried to cross the English Channel in modified beaters. Priceless!
Yea, those were good ones, I didn't think there was anyway they were all gonna make it across Africa like that! I also liked the one where they tested those 3 old british cars from the 70s (that water part was hilarious!) and the race they did to the airport between the boat, car and bike (w/the Stig on the train). Last year was some really great ones ... building limos, plowing fields, paving roads, trying to make a space shuttle out of a car ... man I love that show!!
Hate to say it, but the C63AMG and '08 M3 make me moist. Especially the M3... its not as fast as the Benz, but apparently, its a handling dream. Well rounded vehicle.

I've always been a bit of a Mercedes whore, just never could justify spending the money on one. The Charger's the closest I've been. BMWs I dig as performance cars, not so crazy about the typical owners though. :happy:
