Hey, i just install the HHP camshaft stage 2 for my SRT8 and now i want to tune the A/F so any idea about how to tune WOT Fuel 1k-3.8k / 4k-5k / 5k-7k & WOT Spark 1k-3.8k / 4k-5k / 5k-7k ?? :thanks:
You need to get it datalog and get a wideband hooked up. I would definitely get it tuned by a professional tuner. One too many cars have had serious issues without doing this.
I would add at least 10% fuel straight across till you can get your A/F checked on a dyno or with a wideband.
ok, I want to install 93Oct CAI .. BUT can i also modify the other options like O2 sensors and fan mods ets. in same time ??
i have mine cammed only as well, no heads, headers, etc. just use the canned tune until you can get it to a tuner.

If you only have a cam you should be fine with the canned tune (granted its a POS tune compared to a CMR) but if you have other mods I would stay clear from the canned tunes...your engine will be gone. You cannot modify o2 sensors yourself unless you have a CMR dealer do it for you, you can, I believe, change your fan on/off temps yourself. A CMR dealer can do a lot more than you can yourself... YOU DEFINITELY NEED AN AF GAUGE.....
Not sure about this whole post.... Cams SHOULD NOT be run with the canned tunes, that is asking for disaster. Add a cam, do a custom tune, no ifs ands or buttttts. Rear O2 sensors can be disabled by the Predator, just set them to off in any of the later revisions and no CEL. Thanks Mike
Sorry Mike, I thought with just a simple cam the canned tune would be sufficient. Guess not though, also I run the older version so that must be why I didnt know you could turn the O2's off....Its all cleared up now! Thanks
