Truly brilliant Asteroids performance, but how can you have any pride with 118 TOTAL leaderboard points? 1st place has over 400 leaderboard points. I hear that guy is the true ruler of the arcade, and you ain't even close!!!!! :aggressive:

If I was playing asteroids on a Atari with a joystick, I can say that is a easy number to beat!!!! But since you did it on a computer with the arrows and space bar, I give you a BIG thumbs up. What are you? an Octapus
More important than points, my 4.06 average isn't too far from your 3.26... and the last time you called me out I seem to remember taking down 2 or 3 of your 1st places... Now that I'm not playing astroids anymore I'll see what I can do.... :beerchug:
You could say that. In fact I think Astroids was listed as a class on my report card.. how else can you fail PE....
thanks! I play with my arms crossed since the keyboard controls are reversed compared to the orginal game.. :towel: and I'm using an ergo microsoft keyboard with tiny arrow keys.
Of course I've played ALL the games. Not just the 30 or so in which I excel! :headspin: (Oh - and the average ranking is not correct)
That's why I had to quit. I probably shouldn't have drank a 32 oz ice tee while I was playing. I wasn't really prepared to go long term, I just finished a game where I only scored 27k and was going to quit since the mojo just wasn't happening. "ok, just one more...."
