4306's will work fine on a stock turbo car, they are copper so he will have to change them every 3-9k but they are worth it. different rules apply...
for the springs, the tiens seem to be pretty darn good, the///man put thenm on his way back in the day and they made that car handle much better....
mains will more than likely put it on big turbo cars when he is done, including you.
